"You are getting too ambitious!" whenever you try to grow or aim for something for bigger.

Here's what I know for certain: You weren't born with this fear.

Have you ever met a baby who says, "Don't look at me, I'm not enough"? Of course not. Babies are totally self-obsessed. They cry when they want to be fed, held, or changed because they have complete certainty they're worth it.

You came into this world knowing that you were fully enough.

So what happened? At what point did you start to believe otherwise?

Well, there are a few ways that I can help you to find out.

One is Regression Hypnotherapy - which some call Time Line Therapy
This method is for the unconscious memory: You can't remember when it was. You might have been very small. (I have taken clients back to the womb and previous lives.)

I can't really remember anything before kindergarten. Can you?

The other way is to ignore time altogether and to use NLP: Just using the feeling of not being enough and then layering a better memory on top of that. NLP can remove the feeling without going back to the memory. Seems like cheating doesn't it? But NLP (submodalities) works for this too.

So there are a couple of ways to tackle NOT BEING GOOD ENOUGH.

Confidence in this world is everything. Is it not?

Big hugs,
Ghita Andersen
Ghita Therapy

www.ghitatherapy.com/ghitas-blog.html
www.ghitatherapy.com/hypnotherapy.html

My Beliefs Project My Reality

https://www.ghitatherapy.com/ghitas-blog/my-beliefs-project-my-reality

https://www.ghitatherapy.com/ghitas-blog/my-beliefs-project-my-reality#comments

Uncategorized

My beliefs project my reality. And no one can change that projector except me.EVERYTHING IS FILTERS, SCHEMAS, AND STORIES:Do you like your stories?Do you like how you talk about yourself and others?Do you fight with your internal critic? Is it time to change the channel?Inner-work can be hard or easy, but the hardest part from my perspective was that first day (aged 35) when I went to my very first session of hypnosis.I had some stuff coming up during my pregnancy. What is expected, tends to be realized (Law of attraction).
2. Imagination is more powerful than knowledge: Visualisation is motor rehearsal to the brain and this creates new highways in the brain and the brain likes highways because it is inherently always looking for shortcuts and less work to reduce overwhelm. (Think Schemas, Labels, Filters.)
3. Imagination is more powerful than logic. (It doesn't matter if something is true or not. If it is repeatedly imagined, it thinks it is true.)
4. Your mind always does what it thinks you want it to do. It is on your side even if you self-sabotage as a protective factor.
5. Your mind works to move you from pain to pleasure. (It's job is to protect you and keep you safe 24/7.)
6. Your mind responds to the pictures in your head and the words you say to yourself (Loves internal mantras and comforting images.)
7. Your mind learns by repetition and believes repetition over fact (Important!)
8. Your mind loves what is familiar (Think family of origin habits and behaviours.)
9. We make our beliefs and our beliefs make us. (What we believe will manifest a few kilometres down the road.
