Terms and Conditions of Ghita Therapy Services:

24 Hour Cancellation Policy for individual sessions (Video sessions are available for some methods, but not all). Less will forfeit the credit of that session.
Full deposit required upon booking on all services (Credit card required). Payment not available in session.

New Client Promo Codes: Terms and Conditions:

New Clients only. Only one code per person or couple. It only works once for a couple or person.
ONLINE BOOKINGS ONLY. Only available on the booking system and not available via any other payment than credit card. Please do not ask us for the discount if paying another way. The point of the promo code is to get clients to book online.

Refunded sessions are minus credit card fees.
One-off sessions require 24 hours notice to change your appointment on the Timely booking system. However, packages and multi-deals have their own terms and conditions for cancellations - often 7 - 14 days notice. These are listed on the specific pages for the service. Please read before selecting on the portal as you will be agreeing to terms by booking.
