My Beliefs Project My Reality

My beliefs project my reality.
And no one can change that projector except me.

EVERYTHING IS FILTERS, SCHEMAS, AND STORIES:

Do you like your stories?
Do you like how you talk about yourself and others?
Do you fight with your internal critic?

Is it time to change the channel?

Inner-work can be hard or easy, but the hardest part from my perspective was that first day (aged 35) when I went to my very first session of hypnosis.

I had some stuff coming up during my pregnancy. Feelings I had shoved down for decades.

It was time to deal with them.

I had a few sessions and moved on.
But then something remarkable happened: I tried counselling next, then NLP. I was hooked on self-improvement, and I still am today. (Although a Hypnotherapist and Counsellor myself.)

Every little chip on your shoulder that goes is replaced with hope and bravery. I even look way younger, more feminine, and happier than I used to.

Don't wait too long for enlightenment: You will feel lighter, I can promise you that.

Is it time for a new you?
Woohoo!
